Troubleshooting E4 Error Code (360 Smart Beds)

Overview

  • E4 errors usually occurs when there is an issue communicating with the SleepIQ® Processor. 

Follow These Steps

1. Locate the power cord near the head of the bed.

2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet and then plug the cord back in.

3. Wait for the remote to reconnect to the bed. 

4. Press the Enter button to clear any errors that occur.

5. Attempt to inflate and deflate the bed with the remote.

  • If you continue to see the E4 error, contact us to replace the pump.
