Problems Signing Into InnerCircle

Sign in at sleepnumber.com/innercircle or access InnerCircle from the SleepIQ App. If you’re having trouble signing in, you may be entering incorrect account information.

Here are a few possible issues you may be encountering.

  • CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on Your Keyboard
    • Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords.
  • Incorrect Password
  • Incorrect E-mail Address
    • Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address try checking your inbox for emails from Sleep Number to verify you are using the correct email address to sign in or send a password reset link. If your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure the correct e-mail address listed.

Please contact us if you are still unable to access your InnerCircle account, you are signed in, but the site is saying to create an account, or you need to change the email address you use to access your InnerCircle account.
