BreatheIQ™ Login Issues

Overview

  • If you are a Sleep Number® smart bed owner, ensure you are logging in with the same email and password. You can find your email address in the Sleep Number® app by clicking on Account in the Profile tab.
  • If you forgot your password or would like to change it, follow the below steps to reset your BreatheIQ™ password.

Sleep Number smart bed owners

If you own a Sleep Number® smart bed, use the same email and password across both the BreatheIQ™ app and the Sleep Number® app. If you do not remember your password, follow the steps below to reset your password. You will need to log in again on all apps that use these credentials.

Reset Your Password

  1. Open the BreatheIQ™ app.
  2. Enter the email address connected to your account.
  3. Tap Forgot Password?
  4. You will see a message that an email has been sent.
    • You should receive the email right away. If you don’t see it, check your promotions, spam or other folder.
  5. Open the BreatheIQ™ app password reset email.
  6. Select the password reset link.
  7. Create a new password and tap Change Password.
    • Passwords must contain a minimum 8 characters, max 30 characters, at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character.
  8. Log in with your new password.

Reminder: Your email and password are used across all your Sleep Number® accounts.
