All Sleep Number smart bed purchases require Premium Home Delivery and Setup. Our experienced Home Delivery technicians deliver and set up your new smart bed, explain its features, including SleepIQ®, and move your existing single Sleep Number bed to another room.
Mattress Disposal
Mattress disposal is an optional service in which Home Delivery technicians remove your old mattress when delivering your new mattress. Prices may vary depending on location.
- The mattress being removed must be in sanitary condition. Technicians are unable to move or remove beds infested with bed bugs or that are unsafe due to extreme soiling.
- Includes removal of up to 1 mattress and 1 box spring, or 1 mattress and 1 Sleep Number adjustable base, Sleep Number non-adjustable base or Bunkie Board.
- Does not include bases, headboards, sideboards, metal bed frame, or other types of bedroom furniture, Non-Sleep Number adjustable bases, waterbeds and inserts, duvets, or foam toppers.
Bedding & Pillows
Sleep Number® bedding and pillows ship fast and free within the 48 contiguous states via ground shipping. Excludes DualTemp™ layer.
DualTemp™ Layer
DualTemp™ individual layer is shipped within the 48 contiguous states via ground shipping or via our Premium Home Delivery and Setup (when purchased with a Sleep Number smart bed).
Upholstered Furniture
Lifestyle Collection furniture is delivered to your home and fully assembled for you in 2-4 weeks via our Premium Home Delivery and Setup.
Signature Collection furniture is delivered to your home and fully assembled for you in 4-6 weeks via our Premium Home Delivery and Setup.
Essential Collection headboards ship free to your home within the contiguous 48 states within 2 weeks via ground shipping for self-assembly.
Shipping Restrictions
Bedding purchases made in store, by phone or Live Chat can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Canada.
Shipping and delivery for smart beds or bases is not available outside the United States, including U.S. military bases.
