Home Delivery Mattresses and Bases
Sleep Number® mattresses and bases are delivered through our Home Delivery Options, which may include professional delivery and setup depending on the service selected. Availability and delivery methods vary by location.

Shipping
Where Does Sleep Number Ship?
Sleep Number® ships products to addresses within the United States. Shipping and delivery for mattresses, sets, and bases are not available outside the U.S., including U.S. military bases. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Customers living in Alaska and Hawaii are able to have bedding, pillows, DualTemp™ Layers, Essential Collection headboards, and Foundations and Leg Kits shipped, however, additional charges apply.
Bedding and Pillow Shipping
Sleep Number® bedding and pillows ship fast and free within the 48 contiguous United States via ground shipping.
- Bedding and pillow orders can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii - Additional charges apply and are calculated based on the products purchased.

DualTemp™ Layer Shipping
The DualTemp™ individual layer is shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. When purchased with a Sleep Number® bed, it may also be delivered through our Home Delivery Options.
- DualTemp™ layers (only) purchased within store or through Customer Service can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii - Additional charges apply and are calculated based on the products purchased.
- DualTemp™ layers purchased with a mattress or base will be delivered via home delivery.

Foundation and Leg Kit Shipping
The Foundation and Leg Kit are shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. When purchased with a Sleep Number® bed, it/they may also be delivered through our Home Delivery Options.

No. Shipping and delivery for mattresses, bases, and most products are available within the United States only, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii for select items.
Can Sleep Number deliver to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Bedding, pillows, DualTemp™ layers, Foundation and Leg Kits can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the products purchased.
Does Sleep Number deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No. Sleep Number® does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
How long does Sleep Number furniture delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by collection:
- Lifestyle Collection: 2–4 weeks

Does Sleep Number offer in-home setup?
Yes. Premium and Ultimate Home Delivery options include in-home delivery and full assembly. Doorstep Delivery is available for customers who prefer self-installation.
