Frequently Asked Questions

Is fabric pilling covered by the warranty?

No. Fabric pilling can happen with normal use and wear, so it is not covered under this warranty.

Is damage from cleaning products covered?

No. Damage from improper cleaning, chemical exposure, liquid exposure, or fabric/leather treatments is not covered. Using a fabric or leather treatment that was not applied by the manufacturer may void the warranty.

What if my furniture looks different from the showroom sample or online photo?

Small differences in color, grain, texture, pattern, or finish can happen with natural materials, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations. These differences are not covered by the warranty.

Who do I contact for warranty help?

Contact the Sleep Number customer service for support.

Does the warranty apply if I sell or give away the furniture?

No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser for normal household use and ends if the furniture is resold or used commercially.
