Your monthly statement includes important details about your balance, payment due date, purchases, promotions, and interest charges.

Where do I make a payment?

You can manage your account and make payments at mysynchrony.com. You can also use the phone number listed on your statement. Current Sleep Number financing content also lists 1-800-250-5411 as a payment option.

 

What is the minimum payment?

Your statement shows the Total Minimum Payment Due and the Due Date in the payment information section.

 

What is a promotional balance?

Your statement may include a Promotional Purchase Summary that shows promotional balances, expiration dates, and any related billed or deferred interest.

 

What’s on your statement?

Summary of Account Activity

This section lists activity for your billing cycle, including:

  • payments
  • purchases
  • returns
  • adjustments
  • interest charges
  • your credit limit
  • available credit

Payment Information

This section shows:

  • your Total Minimum Payment
  • your Due Date
  • payment warnings related to late payments or paying only the minimum amount due

Promotional Expiration Warning

This section explains when a deferred interest promotion will expire. It works alongside the promotional summary to help you understand timing and payoff expectations.

Payment Coupon

This section appears at the bottom of the first page and includes payment details if you want to mail in your payment. A reminder about promotional payoff amounts may also appear here before a deferred interest promotion expires.

Promotional Purchase Summary

This section summarizes special promotional purchases and may include:

  • total minimum payment
  • due date
  • promotional expiration date
  • promotional balance
  • deferred or billed interest charges related to the promotion

To avoid interest charges on a deferred interest promotion, the statement guide says to pay off the Promotional Balance on or before the promotional expiration date shown in this section.

Transaction Summary

This is a list of your monthly transactions in date order. It also includes a table showing year-to-date fees and interest.

Interest Charge Calculation

This section shows:

  • APR
  • interest charges
  • expiration date for each type of transaction

If your statement includes a promotional purchase, look for:

  • promotional balance
  • expiration date
  • any deferred or billed interest charges

How do I know what to pay?

Check the Payment Information area for your Total Minimum Payment Due and your Due Date.
