When a Service Visit Fee May Not Be Refunded
Sleep Number reserves the right to not refund the service visit fee, in whole or in part, if a customer:
- Reschedules or cancels their service visit less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Is not home, not ready (at technicians' discretion).
- Decides they no longer need their appointment once the technician(s) are en route to the home.
What “Not Ready” Means
Being “not ready” may include situations where the bed or surrounding area is not accessible or prepared for service.
