There may come a time when you need to order a replacement part from Sleep Number. Depending on how long you have owned your bed, some replacement parts may be covered either fully or partially under your warranty.
Determine the problem
- Sometimes you will know the replacement part you need, for example a new remote or mattress cover.
- If you are not exactly sure what is wrong, it can help to do some troubleshooting on your own first before contacting us.
- That will make it easier for us to assist you and identify which part you need. Review some of our mattress troubleshooting articles to see if it addresses your issue.

Replacement Part Shipped to You
- Sleep Number will ship your replacement part directly to you. We will verify your preferred shipping address when you order.
Install replacement part
- For help installing your part after it arrives, see the articles and videos under Installation Instructions. Installation services may be available for an additional charge.
Return old part
- In some cases, you may need to return the part you are replacing to us. We will let you know when you first contact Customer Service. We will provide a return label at no cost to you.
