Sleep Number mattresses have a prorated warranty that may cover some or all of the cost for replacements needed due to manufacturer defect. Contact us if you need help ordering.
What to expect after purchasing
Shipping: Items will be shipped directly to you from Sleep Number via UPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your item has shipped. Depending on the item, there may be delays due to global supply chain constraints.
Installation: Some parts can be installed yourself and others require our Field Services team. To schedule a Field Service installation visit, contact us by chat or by phone. For the available self-installation instructions following this link and chose which one fits your need
