Order Replacement Parts

Learn to troubleshoot any problems and, when necessary, how to order replacement parts.

There may come a time when you need to order a replacement part from Sleep Number. Depending on how long you’ve owned your bed, replacement parts may be covered fully or partially under your mattress warranty.

How to order replacement parts

  1. Determine the problem.

Sometimes you’ll know what replacement part you need, for example a new remote or mattress cover. If you’re not sure of the source of the problem, some troubleshooting on your own can make it easier for a Sleep Professional to help you and identify which part you need. See “Fix a Problem”  for more information.

  1. Call Customer Service or chat with us online.

When you contact us, we'll help you with troubleshooting. We'll tell you if the replacement part you need is covered under your warranty and provide a price quote. Sleep Number mattresses have a prorated warranty. The cost of replacement parts is covered 100% during the first 2 years of ownership. Starting in year 3, the cost of replacement parts is prorated according to how long you've owned your bed. For a fraction of the cost of a new mattress you can get your bed back to working 'like new!' Contact us for help today.

  1. Replacement part shipped to you.

Sleep Number will ship your replacement part directly to you; we will verify your preferred shipping address when you order. If you own a 360 smart mattress, most replacement parts are installed by us. If you own a traditional mattress, you can easily unzip your mattress to swap out the replacement part.
