If you need help identifying the replacement part needed or want to make a warranty claim, you will need to contact us via chat or by calling customer service. Sleep Number mattresses have a prorated warranty that may cover some or all of the cost for replacements needed due to manufacturer defect. Contact us if you need help ordering.
What to expect after purchasing
Shipping: Items will be shipped directly to you from Sleep Number via UPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your item has shipped. Depending on the item, there may be delays due to global supply chain constraints.
Installation: If you own one of our 360® smart beds, you will need to schedule a Home Delivery technician to come out to install the part. You can do this with any customer service representative, including chat. For all other Sleep Number mattresses, you are able to install the parts yourself by following these instructions.
