- Enter your order number and shipping zip code.

- You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or sign in on sleepnumber.com and view your order history.
- Your delivery date will be available after your delivery has been scheduled. We'll call or text you within 1 - 2 days of your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and notify you of your timeframe. If you need help scheduling your delivery, please visit Scheduling your home delivery.
- All bedding and parts orders ship via UPS. UPS tracking information will be available after your order has shipped.
