Home Delivery Orders
If you need to make a change or cancel your Home Delivery order, please contact us via phone as soon as possible and one of our representatives will be happy to help you. Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or changed online.
Other information that could be helpful to know:
- If you've already requested a change to your delivery address, please note the updated address may not be reflected in your new invoice.
- We'll do our best to keep your original delivery date. However, changes to your order may impact your delivery date, depending on the status of your order when the change was requested.
- If an item has already shipped, you can refuse delivery to have it sent back. You can also receive delivery and contact us to set up a return or exchange.
Service Visits
Changes more than 24 hours before the day of service:
- Use our Order Status Tracker to look up and make changes to your date of service.
- You will need your order number and zip code of your billing address.
- You can also contact us by chat or phone.
Same day changes:

Same Day Cancellations
- If you do need to cancel less than 24-hours, you may not be refunded the cost of the service visit.
