If you can’t sign in to your Sleep Number® Rewards account, start by checking your email address and password. You can sign in from the Sleep Number Rewards login page or through the Sleep Number® app.

- Check your CAPS Lock and NUM Lock.
- Check that your email address is typed correctly.
- Try any other email address you may have used with Sleep Number.
- Select Forgot Password to reset your password.
- If you still can’t get in, contact us for help with your Rewards account.
Check your email address
Your email address must be in a standard format, such as username@domain.com. If you have more than one email address, check your inboxes for past Sleep Number emails to confirm which one is connected to your account.

Reset your password
If your email address is correct, select Forgot Password from the Rewards sign-in page, Sleep Number® app, or SleepIQ website. Follow the instructions in the password reset email, then try signing in again.
If you reset your password and still can’t sign in, contact us so we can help check your account.
If your points or rewards are missing
Make sure you are signed in to your Sleep Number Rewards account before completing activities. Points may take a few minutes to appear. Points from some activities, like reviews, may take up to a week.
