Returning Items

  • Bedding Collection items can be returned through:
    • Our retail stores
    • Our digital Chat team (excluding DualTemp™ Layers)
    • Calling our Customer Service Center
  •  Bed Accessories can be returned through:
    • Our digital Chat team
    • Calling our Customer Service Center
  • Mattresses' can be returned through:
    • Calling our Customer Service Center

Exchanging Items

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may contact us within your 100-night In-Home Trial to arrange for a one-time exchange of your purchase.
  • Once a product is exchanged, the new product received:
    • Is considered a final sale.
    • Does not qualifying for a new 100-night Trial Period.
    • Is not eligible for a return or exchange.

In-Home Trial Policy Exclusions

Please note some products are not eligible for our 100-night In-Home Trial Policy and are considered a final sale.

Final Sale Items

  • FlexFit™ adjustable bases (excluding FlexFit™ 2 smart adjustable bases sold with a ClimateCool™ smart bed)
  • Upholstered furniture and upholstered furniture accessories
  • Any display products

Before Returning Your Product

  • Please remember that returns must be authorized.
  • If an item is returned without prior approval, it will be discarded, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within about 21 days, unless required by law in your in your state.
    • In the event the original method of payment is unavailable, refund may be by check.

Upholstered Furniture Order Changes

Once you purchase upholstered furniture and accessories, these orders cannot be canceled or changed.
