Returns & Exchanges

  • Only Bedding Collection items can be returned to our retail stores.
  • For all other returns or to return Bedding Collection items by mail, contact our Customer Service Center at (800) 472-7185 to obtain a Return Service Order (RSO) number and instructions on how to make a return.

No unauthorized returns are allowed.  Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within approximately 21 days, unless otherwise required by law.  Unauthorized returns will be destroyed with no refund or credit given.

Exclusions to In-Home Trial Policy

Except for purchases made in or delivered to New Jersey, New York, or Maryland where delivery is delayed beyond the specific date previously identified, the following products are excluded from the In-Home Trial Policy:

FlexFitTM adjustable bases, upholstered furniture, upholstered furniture accessories, and display products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders of upholstered furniture and upholstered furniture accessories also cannot be canceled or changed after purchase.
