Applies to Sleep Number® 360 remotes with a Firmness Control™ System.
If your Sleep Number remote is not showing the full number on the screen, the most common cause is a low battery. Replacing the battery usually fixes the display issue on a wireless remote.
How to resolve
Even if the backlight still turns on, a low battery can sometimes cause part of your Sleep Number setting to disappear or display incorrectly.
- Remove the old battery from your wireless remote.
- Insert a fresh battery.
- Check the screen to see whether your full Sleep Number setting now appears.
When to contact support
Contact Customer Service if a fresh battery does not fix the problem or if your remote is hardwired into your Firmness Control System.
You can also try using the Sleep Number app, if available, to help confirm whether the issue is with the remote or the bed system.
