Reset Your Sleep Number® Password

Use this guide to reset your Sleep Number password—whether you are signing in to the Sleep Number® app or to your SleepNumber.com account for shopping, orders, or rewards.

 

First: Choose what you are trying to sign in to

Your password depends on where you are logging in. Select the option that best matches your situation:

  • Sleep Number® App
    (Used to control your smart bed, view SleepIQ® data, and manage app settings)
  • SleepNumber.com Account
    (Used for shopping, checking orders, managing Sleep Number Rewards, and updating account info)

 

Reset your password for the Sleep Number® App

If you forgot your password or want to create a new one for the Sleep Number app, follow the steps below.

If you are not logged in

  1. Open the Sleep Number® app
  2. Tap Log In
  3. Select Forgot Password
  4. Enter the email address connected to your account
  5. Tap Send
  6. Open the password reset email and select the reset link
  7. Create a new password and tap Save
  8. Return to the app and log in with your new password

If you are already logged in

  1. Open the Sleep Number® app
  2. Tap Profile
  3. Select Account Settings (upper right)
  4. Tap Password
  5. Choose Forgot Password
  6. Follow the email link to create a new password

Password requirements

Your new password must include:

  • 8–30 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

If you have a Sleep Number account, we recommend resetting your password here.

 

Reset your password for your SleepNumber.com account

If you are having trouble logging in on SleepNumber.com, use these steps to reset your account password.

  1. Go to the Sleep Number account sign‑in page
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Follow the on‑screen instructions
  5. Open the password reset email and create a new password

Your new password becomes active immediately once it is saved.

 

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

Try these quick checks:

  • Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
  • Make sure you are using your email provider’s app (not a generic mail app)
  • Confirm you entered the correct email address
