What is Sleep Number Rewards?
Sleep Number® Rewards is a free rewards program for Sleep Number® bed owners. Members can earn points, get Smart Sleeper discounts, share savings with friends and family, and earn reward certificates when an eligible referral purchases a Sleep Number® smart bed.
How do I earn Sleep Number reward certificates?
You can earn a Sleep Number reward certificate by referring someone who purchases a Sleep Number® bed or by earning enough points to reach a reward tier in your Sleep Number Rewards account.
How do I earn Sleep Number Rewards points?
You earn Sleep Number Rewards points by completing activities in your Rewards account. When you earn enough points for a reward tier, you’ll get an email confirming your reward and move to the next tier.
- Sleep Number Rewards points do not have cash value. Reward certificates can be used toward eligible Sleep Number® purchases.
- To see ways to earn points, visit the Earn Points page in your Sleep Number Rewards account. The page shows current activities and the number of points each activity can earn.
Why are my Sleep Number Rewards points missing?
Sleep Number Rewards points may be missing if the activity has not finished processing, you were not signed in, or your browser settings blocked the activity from registering.
- Most activities update within a few minutes. Points for product reviews may take up to one week to appear.
- Make sure you are signed in to your Sleep Number Rewards account before you complete an activity. If you are using a mobile device, turn off private browsing and make sure your browser accepts cookies.
- If points are missing after reading a Rewards email, the email may not be eligible for points. You may also need to download the images in the email so the activity can register.
Why haven’t I received my Sleep Number reward certificate email?
Sleep Number reward certificate emails are sent within 72 hours after you claim a reward. You’ll receive one email confirming the reward was claimed and a separate email with the certificate.
- If you do not receive your reward certificate within 72 hours, check your Sleep Number Rewards account. If the reward is still available, try redeeming it again. If it is no longer available and you still have not received the certificate email, contact our support team for help.

How do I refer a friend with Sleep Number Rewards?
You can refer a friend through the Sleep Number® app. When your referred friend or family member makes an eligible Sleep Number® smart bed purchase, you may earn a reward.
- Open the Sleep Number® app.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down and select Refer a Friend.
- Select Refer a Friend again.
- Follow the prompts to share your referral.
What if my Sleep Number referral reward is missing?
If a Sleep Number referral reward is missing, ask your friend or family member to sign in to their Sleep Number Rewards account and send you their referral link. Share that referral information when you contact us so we can help review the credit.
How do I redeem Sleep Number Rewards points or certificates?
You can redeem Sleep Number reward certificates as you earn them. More than one reward certificate can be used on one eligible Sleep Number® purchase. To redeem, visit a Sleep Number store, chat with us online, or sign in to your Sleep Number Rewards account.
How do I sign up for Sleep Number Rewards?
To sign up for Sleep Number Rewards, create an account using the same email address you used when you placed your Sleep Number® order. After signing up, you can earn rewards, track purchases, and receive special offers.
Can Sleep Number Rewards points or certificates be transferred?
No. Points and redeemed rewards cannot be transferred or sold. You can choose to donate rewards through our charitable partner, the American Cancer Society.
Do I get my Sleep Number rewards back after a return?
Yes. Rewards are returned to your account if you return a purchase. See our terms and conditions for full details.
How do I stop Sleep Number Rewards emails?
Select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a Rewards email. This only unsubscribes you from Sleep Number Rewards emails.
What are the rules for Rewards sweepstakes?
Sweepstakes rules vary. You can review the rules before you submit your entry.
How will I know if I won a Sleep Number Rewards sweepstakes?
Winners are notified by the email address connected to their Sleep Number Rewards account. Winners may also be contacted by phone using the number provided on the sweepstakes entry.
