Headboard Bracket Installation Guides

Integrated Base with Frame

1. Attach one headboard mounting bracket (A) to one side at the head of the bed frame using two 1/4-20 x 1.5 hex head bolts and nuts. Tighten firmly.
   • Queen: angled branch faces the outside of the bed.
   • King: angled branch faces the inside of the bed.
2. Attach one headboard mounting track (B) into bracket (A) using two 1/4-20 carriage bolts and nuts. Loosely tighten.
3. Attach mounting flange (C) to track (B) with two 3/8-16 carriage bolts and nuts. Keep the longer side parallel to the floor. Loosely tighten.

4. Repeat on the other side. Note: Brackets can slide in or out for positioning.

Foundation Base

1. Attach one headboard mounting bracket (A) to the leg kit mounting point at the head of the foundation. Use two 1/4-20 x 1.5 hex head bolts and nuts. Tighten firmly.
   • Queen: angled branch faces the outside of the bed.
   • King: angled branch faces the inside of the bed.
2. Attach mounting track (B) into bracket (A) using two 1/4-20 carriage bolts and nuts. Loosely tighten.
3. Attach mounting flange (C) to track (B) with two 3/8-16 carriage bolts and nuts. Keep the longer side parallel to the floor. Loosely tighten.

4. Repeat on the other side. Brackets can be adjusted inward or outward for alignment.

Adjustable Base

1. Attach one welded tube (A) at the head of the bed frame using two 1/4-20 x 3.5 carriage bolts and hex nuts (C).

2. Attach one L-shaped plate (B) to the welded tube (A) using two 3/8-16 x 1.75 carriage bolts and hex nuts (D).

3. Repeat on the opposite side.
4. Complete headboard installation using original product instructions and hardware.

FlexFit® Smart Adjustable Base

1. Raise the head of the base before starting. Warning: Keep people, pets, hands, and feet away from moving parts.
2. Attach one headboard mounting bracket (A) at the head of the bed frame using two 1/4-20 x 1.5 hex head bolts and nuts. Tighten firmly.
   • Queen: angled branch faces the outside.
   • King: angled branch faces the inside.

3. Check for a slot at the head:

   • If present: slide mounting track (B) through the slot into bracket (A).
   • If not: install the track under the base deck into bracket (A).

   Secure with two 1/4-20 carriage bolts and nuts. Loosely tighten.

4. Attach mounting flange (C) to track (B) with two 3/8-16 carriage bolts and nuts. Keep the long side parallel to the floor. Loosely tighten.

5. Repeat on the other side. Note: Brackets can slide for positioning.
