Can't Log In to the Sleep Number® App

When logging in to the Sleep Number® app, ensure you are using the email address and password associated to your smart bed.

The Sleep Number app works best with the latest operating systems.

What to do

  1. Check your operating system on your device and ensure you are updated to the latest version.
  2. Ensure you are on the latest Sleep Number app version.
  3. If you are not on the latest app version, update your Sleep Number app in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. Once your app is updated, try to log in again.

What happens if you cannot update the app version?

You have several options:

  1. Use another device with a compatible operating system. 
  2. You can still adjust your Sleep Number® smart bed using the Bluetooth remote in the app while logged out.
