What to do
- Check your operating system on your device and ensure you are updated to the latest version.
- Ensure you are on the latest Sleep Number app version.
- If you are not on the latest app version, update your Sleep Number app in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once your app is updated, try to log in again.
What happens if you cannot update the app version?
You have several options:
- Use another device with a compatible operating system.
- You can still adjust your Sleep Number® smart bed using the Bluetooth remote in the app while logged out.
- Order a remote.
- Contact our customer service team by phone or chat to ensure you get the correct remote for your bed.
