Scheduling your home delivery

If you purchase in a store, over the phone or over chat, we'll schedule your delivery at the time of purchase.

If you purchase your bed online, you can expect your sales order receipt email within 48 hours with an invitation to schedule your delivery. 

We are unable to guarantee requests for a specific time of day. We recommend choosing a day you or someone over the age of 18 can be home morning, afternoon or early evening. 

What to expect

  • We'll offer you the soonest date available, typically two weeks out from the date of purchase. 
  • We'll call or text you within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and notify you of your time window. 
  • On the day of your delivery, our technician will contact you to let you know we're on the way. 
  • If you need to change your delivery date for any reason, please give us a call at 1-888-411-2188.
