Separate a DualTemp™ Layer From Your Sleep Number® Bed Remote

Quick Answer

If your Sleep Number bed remote is controlling your DualTemp™ Layer, or your DualTemp™ remote is controlling the wrong product, you'll need to:

  1. Reset and clear connections on your bed remote(s).
    • Reset and pair each DualTemp™ remote separately.
  2. Use dedicated remotes for your bed and DualTemp Layer.
