Remote Button Guide

Flashlight Turns light on for 30 seconds

Step-by-Step: Reprogram a Preset (ZG Position)

  1. Adjust your bed to your desired position.
  2. Set underbed light if desired.
  3. Press and hold the Flashlight button for 6 seconds.
  4. When the remote light flashes, press ZG within 2 seconds.
  5. Listen for a beep to confirm.

Your position is now saved.


Step-by-Step: Lock or Unlock Your Remote

  1. Press and hold the Lock button for 5 seconds.
  2. Wait for the backlight to flash 3 times.

Your remote is now locked or unlocked.


Step-by-Step: Change Control Mode

Press & Hold Mode

  1. Press and hold Flat + Flashlight for 3 seconds.
  2. Wait for the light to flash 3 times.

Press & Release Mode

  1. Press and hold Lock + Flashlight for 3 seconds.
  2. Wait for the light to flash once.

Note: This will reset saved positions to default.


Step-by-Step: Pairing 1 Remote to 1 Base

  1. Press and hold Head Up + Foot Down until light flashes.
  2. Unplug the base.
  3. Wait 3 minutes, then plug it back in.
  4. Within 1 minute, press and hold Head Down + Foot Up until light flashes.
  5. Test the remote.

Remote is now paired to the base.


Step-by-Step: Pairing 1 or 2 Remotes to 2 Bases

  1. Complete steps above.
  2. Lower both to flat.
  3. Unplug both bases.
  4. Connect sync cable between both control boxes.
  5. Plug both bases back in.
  6. Test with remote.

Both bases should now move together.

Troubleshooting

Bed not responding

  • Reprogram the remote.

Excessive noise

  • Make sure bed isn’t touching walls or furniture.
  • Slightly adjust position to realign motors.

Power Outage: Lower Bed to Flat

Applies to lower the bed only during a power outage. Do not put batteries in power brick unless necessary.

  1. Insert 2 (9V) batteries into the power supply.
  2. Press Flat on the remote.
  3. Remove batteries after use.

Batteries are single-use only.
