Sleep Number 360 Remote Error Codes

E1 connectivity error: The remote has lost connection with the Firmness Control™ System. This can happen after a power interruption or after replacing the pump. Pairing or power-cycle steps may be needed.

E2 inflation error: The mattress is taking longer than expected to move between Sleep Number® settings. This is often caused by an air hose that is loose, kinked or partially disconnected.

E3 connectivity error: The remote has lost connection with the FlexFit® adjustable base. Check for power issues, loose cords, weak remote batteries or a temporary communication issue between the remote and base.

E4 connectivity error: The remote has lost connection with the Sleep Number® bed or FlexFit® adjustable base. In many cases, removing and reinserting the batteries clears the message after the connection is restored.

E13 SleepIQ® server error: The smart bed is not connected to the SleepIQ® server. This can happen during setup or when home Wi-Fi settings have changed, such as the network name, password or security settings.

4-digit FlexFit® adjustable base error code: The adjustable base has a temporary power or communication issue between the remote and base.

Sleep Number 360 Remote Troubleshooting

Remote missing portions of my Sleep Number® setting: If the remote screen is not showing the full Sleep Number setting, replace the batteries first. Low batteries are the most common cause of missing or incomplete numbers on the remote display.

If your remote still is not working after basic troubleshooting, try the same function in the Sleep Number® app when available. This can help determine whether the issue is with the remote, the bed or the adjustable base.
