Before You Start
- Base is plugged in.
- Remote has working batteries.
- You are near the base.
Pair Your FlexFit+ Remote
- Make sure your adjustable base is plugged in.
- Press and release the "Learn" button on the side of your adjustable base power box.
- A red light will appear on the power box.
- At the same time, press and hold the "Raise Head" and "Flat" buttons on your remote for 10 seconds until the display blinks and the LED on the power box starts flashing.
- Release the remote buttons once the power box LED starts flashing slowly, and then rapidly.
What to expect:
The base will move slightly or respond when pairing is complete.
If Your Remote Won’t Pair
- Replace batteries.
- Restart the base again.
- Move closer to the base.
- Try again.
- Contact Support if you run into problems.
