Most often, an E3 bed position connectivity error means the FlexFit™ adjustable base isn't getting power.
The first step to fixing this error is identifying if you have a traditional FlexFit™adjustable base or a 360 Smart FlexFit™adjustable base.
You have a traditional FlexFit™ 1, 2, or 3 Adjustable Base if:
- The pump (shown below) has a red light power switch
- The pump is located on the floor under your bed
You have a 360 Smart FlexFit™ 1, 2, or 3 Adjustable Base if:
- Pump is housed inside the base
- There is a Sleep Number Favorite button (shown below) on the side of the base that returns your bed to flat
