For failure to sync to the Firmness Control System (pump)

  • Make sure the power cord is firmly connected to the pump under the bed.
  • Unplug and plug in the power cord, select "Continue."

For failure to sync to the FlexFit Control System

  • The red power switch on the control system is illuminated red when turned on and plugged in.
  • The detachable power cord should be securely attached to the control system and plugged into a wall outlet. We recommend plugging directly into the wall instead of using a surge protector to ensure that there is sufficient electrical current to the adjustable base.
  • Unplug the FlexFit control system for 20 seconds and plug back it in. Select "Continue" to try again.
