Do I need the Sleep Number app to set up my smart bed?

If you have a smart bed, you’re encouraged to download the app and register your smart bed using your order number and email address.

Can I move my Sleep Number mattress with air in it?

Yes—fill to 100 (firm) and cap air chambers; never move with hoses connected or uncapped.

Do I need special parts to move the bed?

Yes—use air chamber closure caps (often found inside the mattress or near the pump). Moving without them may cause damage.

Are there any special warnings for FlexFit smart bases?

Some models use magnets with strong magnetic fields when detached; follow the safety guidance, keep magnets away from metal, and maintain distance for medical implants when detached.
