Assembling Your 360 Mattress
Step 1: Unpack and position the mattress
- Remove the mattress from the outer bag and locate the product label
- With two people, place the mattress sleep‑surface side up
- Remove the mattress bag completely
Note: It is normal to see small slits on the bottom of the cover. That is by design so air hoses can pass through and connect to air chambers when the bed is used with a Sleep Number base.
Step 2: Place Magnets on Cover
Skip this step if you did not purchase a FlexFit adjustable base
- Place the magnets on the cover in the magnet targets.
- Hand tighten magnets to the color-coded mounting plates (gray to gray, black to black).
- Secure each magnet before unpackaging the next one.
Step 3: Align Mattress on Base
- Flip the mattress over and center it on the base.
- Complete the base-to-mattress connections on both sides of the bed. (FlexFit Base Only)
- Confirm the mattress magnets are fully seated in the foundation’s magnet-target deck. (FlexFit Base Only)
Step 4: Connect Air Hoses and Optional Features
- Remove the white plastic air chamber cap.
- Firmly connect the hose to the air chamber.
- Repeat for the opposite side of the bed.
Skip this step if you did not purchase a FlexFit 3 adjustable base
- Route the foot‑warming wires through the designated cutout
- Connect to wire on base (located near the favorite button)
Step 5: Final Inspection
- Check that all straps, hoses, and connections are secure
- Confirm the mattress is centered and properly attached

Step 1: Prepare the Mattress for Moving
- Inflate both sides of the mattress to 100
- Disconnect the air hoses and attach the white closure caps
- If equipped, unplug foot‑warming connections near the hose area (FlexFit 3 only)
Step 2: Detach the Mattress
- Detach magnets (FlexFit bases only)
- Place the mattress in a protective bag for transport
- Disconnect and box the pump separately
Moving Your 360 Mattress: How to Reassemble
- Position the mattress on the base
- Feed air hoses and foot‑warming wires (if applicable) through the base opening at the hip
- Remove white air chamber caps and reconnect hoses until they click
- Reconnect foot‑warming connections if applicable
